The family has been assembled. The food has been consumed. You’ve had your fill of socializing and your fill of stuffing… Now it’s time to get on the mat and burn off some of the gluttony, warm the body up from the cold and come back to center. So join me the day after at Spacious Heart Yoga, 11am on Friday 11.28.14 for a heated yoga class.

*The practice will be vigorous and is best suited for those who have a strong practice and solid understanding of foundational poses. We will be flowing from pose to pose (vinyasa) as well as slowing things down to hold poses as well. The room will be heated to 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit.

Bring a towel (you will probably sweat), water and your own mat if you have one. Happy Thanksgiving. See you on the mat!
